Tyme Bank, a part of Commonwealth Bank South Africa, wanted to transform how the industry looked at serving customers with the launch of a low-cost, fully digital and branchless bank that leverages Pega CRM. When Tyme’s kiosk was introduced in South Africa, very limited management tooling was rolled out alongside – in essence, an off-the-shelf mobile device management suite.

I had an incredible opportunity to lead design for a banking kiosk management android and web app.

 

Overview

I can’t share some of the specific details about my work so those segments of the project have been omitted and obfuscated due to Accenture client data protection (CDP).

However, I am able to share some my final presentation that details my experience and case study of this project which I also presented to the client upon delivery. Additionally, I have also included parts of the Tyme Digital design system that was used to deliver this experience.
